Kate

Kate is smiling and "talking" all the time now! She loves to just sit and converse and is so so strong! She is getting pretty close to rolling over, but not quite there yet! Before we know it, she will be crawling all over and causing as much trouble as her sisters!

SAC Museum

We took the kids to the SAC (Strategic Air Command) Museum outside Omaha with my dad and my nephew, Colby. It was really cool! There were a ton of old, restored planes, helpicopters, simulators, and activities for the kids. But I am pretty sure the kids' favorite part was the GIANT Rainbow Play System.

Just Cute, Fun or Silly!

Just some fun moments captured on camera ... including Sophie wearing her swimsuit over her clothes, gorgeous in Hawkeye dresses, two in dad's pants and loving my sisters! Oh, and Grace's big thing is writing and spelling ... ALL THE TIME! In this pic she asked how to spell "My Dad poops a lot. My Mom doesn't." Yeah, the mind of a 5 year old!

Grace's First Day of Kindergarten!!!

I can't believe one of my babies is in school!!! I was so proud of Grace on her first day of Kindergarten at South Prairie Elementary! I walked her in and despite the minor look of fear on her face, no tears! I, however, had a few tears on my way out only because I was so proud of her!

Grace Dance ... Hip-Hop!!!

Grace and her BFFs, Shea and Grayson, started Hip-Hop in August. Grace had to pick between dance and gymnastics this fall and she opted for dance (mostly because her friends were doing it, I think). So far, she loves it!!!

Sophia - Gymnastics!!!

So Sophie started her first organized activity this August ... GYMNASTICS! After she got over her shyness, she loves it!!! And looks forward to seeing her teacher, Miss Kate ... "Mommy, I go see Miss Kate???" To our surprise (because she is the most accident prone kid we know), her teacher says she has great balance and catches herself and adjusts better than most kids her age. Maybe that is why we haven't had to go to the ER yet!

FUN! FUN! & More FUN!!!

Okay, well this is just fun at the Fall Festival in Dallas Center. They girls love carnivals and luckily neither of them have a "weak" stomach like their Daddy! Anyway, I am tired and going to bed! I have a ton of great pictures to download from my camera but have run out steam ... good night!

Grace - Fall Soccer

I think Grace is starting to love soccer ... especially since she is starting to score goals! And, well, her team is SO good! They have control of the ball a lot which is fun for the kids. But they still fall down a lot ... which is mostly funny ... but sometimes they need a hug to get over it!

Trip Home to CB

My grandparents mean so much to me. I was one of those lucky kids who got to spend a lot of time with my grandparents when I was growing up. All four of my grandparents where a huge part of my childhood and I love them so much! Below are my Grandma and Grandpa Copeland. We lost Grandpa this September and we all miss him so very, very much! He was the most wonderful grandpa ... and one of the best people I ever knew. Grandma is just as wonderful and so loves her little Kate! Grandma and Grandpa Heck were up at the Lake during this visit but posts will come of them soon ... cause they are wonderful, too!!! Love you!

Little Kate ... Getting Bigger!

Kate is growing and changing so fast! She is seriously the best baby ever ... she is so happy and easy going. Guess God knew I could only handle so much more!

My sisters still love to help!!!

Mom agrees ... "This flower is WAY too big for my head ... get it OFF!!!"
